Phil has been involved with the farming industry throughout his life. He grew up on the family farm just outside Exeter and only 10 miles from the Crediton Dairy. He remains a partner in the family business.
He has worked in the dairy industry in various senior roles for nearly 20 years including as Milk Link’s Head of Membership and then as Arla’s Senior Agricultural Manager for the south managing the field team.
He has a long history with Crediton and is responsible for building up and managing milk supply to the dairy from local farmers.
e has also recently been re-appointed to the Board of Dairy UK.
