Biocol milk is clinically proven to actively lower cholesterol. A daily consumption of 1.5 – 2.4 grams of plant sterols can lower cholesterol by 7-10% in 2-3 weeks as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Biocol is skimmed milk with added plant sterols.
A 250ml serving of Biocol = 0.54 grams of plant sterols. The amount of plant sterols in 3 servings is 1.62g.
More than 3g a day is not recommended.
